California Steelhead Program

With the new interest in fly fishing fall and winter Steelhead, the need for instruction, tackle, and line selection becomes essential for successful angling. California Steelhead will give you the guidance to take these powerful trophy fish on fly tackle. Fish of 10+ lbs - on a fly! This is World Class Fishing!

Due to the number of steelhead and salmon coming into the Feather and Yuba Rivers, our California Steelhead Program has expanded to include trips on these rivers from October through December.

From December through April, we are offering guided fly fishing trips, walk-ins and driftboating on the following river systems:

Drift trips on the Russian River: $250.00

Walk-in day trips on the Russian: $250.00

Walk-in days trips on the Gualala: $250.00

Walk-in day trips on the Garcia: $250.00

* Price is for two anglers.
Groups can be arranged on an individual basis.

- Fisher fly rods: Apex 10ft 7 weight / Traditional Glass, 7&8 weight
- Galvan Large Arbor Reels
- Air Flow Fly Lines
